At Hair Fertilizer, we are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping terms, costs, and delivery timelines.

Please review the following information carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Costs & Methods (USA)

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $50.00 USD.

For orders under $50.00 USD, a flat shipping rate applies.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Before your order is shipped, we need time to process and pack it.

  • Handling Time: 1 - 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST - Pacific Standard Time).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Example: If you place an order on Monday, it will typically arrive between Thursday (same week) and Monday (next week).

3. Shipping Locations

We also ship internationally to select countries (United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Europe). International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International delivery times may vary from 7-15 business days depending on customs clearance.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 24-48 hours.

You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier's tracking portal.

5. Taxes and Duties

  • United States: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • International: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hair Fertilizer Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

6. Delays and Issues

While we strive to meet these delivery times, shipping delays can occur due to high volume, carrier issues, or weather conditions.
